Neon Cube ("the app") is a single-player arcade game for Android, published by Mantosh Singh ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles and why. It applies to the Neon Cube Android application and to nothing else.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, and no crash reporting, and it sends nothing about you to us. The only third party that receives any data is Google, through the advertisements the app displays.
The app saves your game progress locally on your device, using Android's standard app-storage mechanism. This includes:
This data never leaves your device. We cannot see it, and it is not backed up to any server we control. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it permanently. You can also erase it at any time from within the app, using Settings → Reset all progress.
The app displays rewarded video advertisements, supplied by Google AdMob. An advertisement is shown only when you choose to watch one — you are never shown an ad without opting in first, and declining costs you nothing but the reward.
To serve and measure those advertisements, Google may collect and process data including your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and operating-system information, coarse location derived from your IP address, and information about your interaction with the advertisements. This collection is performed by Google, not by us, and we receive only aggregate, non-identifying reports about advertisement performance.
Google's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy:
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or a jurisdiction with comparable requirements, the app asks for your consent before any personalised advertising data is collected, using Google's User Messaging Platform. If you decline, the app continues to work normally.
Where that consent applies, you can change your choice at any time from within the app under Settings → Ad privacy options.
Independently of the app, you can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, which also offers an option to opt out of advertisement personalisation device-wide.
The app itself declares no Android permissions. The Google Mobile Ads library adds internet access and the advertising-identifier permission, both of which are required for advertisements to load.
The app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will act on it.
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to retain, disclose or breach. Game data stored on your device is protected by Android's normal app sandboxing and is accessible only to the app.
If the app's data practices change, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Material changes will be reflected here before the updated version of the app is released.
